This stone house, directly on the beach, gives you the feeling of Dalmatia as it used to be, combined with modern conveniences.  The house is on the island of Pasman, on the side looking at the mainland, on about 2km away from the town of Tkon, where the ferry port is. The only neighbour is a naturist camping place that is situated in the next bay.

There is a regular connection with the mainland (Biograd na moru), it takes about 10min with the ferry. From Tkon, where one may shop for groceries or go out to the restaurant, an asphalt road leads to the house. Water in house is provided by municipal water supply, electricity, 220V, is provided by municipal power supply.  

On the base floor is the kitchen with a dinning area where there is a TV-set and a couch for two, on the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with a queen-bed, and a bathroom with a shower. There is another shower outside. 

There is a barbecue in the garden. The beach, directly in front of the house, is shallow, with a combination of pebbles and sand, so it is ideal for children and non-swimmers. There is also garden furniture and a deck chair. A sunshade that is put in the sea works for a special feeling. Parking place is available, in the yard, without further costs.
