There is a built barbecue outside.  The guests go with their own car to the house, first by a car- ferry from Biograd to the island of Pasman, and afterwards on a gravel/dirt country road. The fresh water reservoir holds 18.000 l, the electricity of 12V is solar powered. Running cold water from the reservoir is installed in the kitchen and the bathroom sink, in the toilet there is running sea-water, the shower is outside, has it's own reservoir.  In the kitchen there is a small electric refrigerator, a large gas refrigerator and a gas stove. Bed linen and dishware are prepared for you. There is a barbecue outside.  Transfer from Biograd to the house is in the price once upon arrival, and back once at the end of the vacation. Ferry tickets are not included in the price. Combination possibility with Murtelica, for groups of 8 persons, since the houses are on about 20m from each other. In the same bay there are two restaurants that have 220V electricity provided by generators.
