House Johan, on the island of Pasman, for 4 persons, has one bedroom with one queen bed and one single bed, another bedroom with a queen bed, and a stretchable sofa in the kitchen/dining area. The fresh water reservoir holds 30.000 l, the electricity of 12V is solar powered. Running cold water from the reservoir is installed in the toilet, shower and in the kitchen. The shower is also equipped with thermo-bags (these bags, if they are put in the sunny place, worm up the water in them to the comfortable temperature for a shower). The second shower, outside of the house, has a boiler that worms up on the sun. In the kitchen is a gas refrigerator and a gas stove. Bed linen and dishware are prepared for you. There is a built fireplace inside, and a barbecue outside.  The guests go with their own car to the house, first by a car- ferry from Biograd to the island of Pasman, and afterwards on a gravel/dirt country road. Ferry tickets are not included in the price.
