Running cold water from the reservoir is installed in the toilet and in the kitchen sink, the shower is equipped with thermo-bags ( these bags, if they are put in the sunny place, worm up the water in them to the comfortable temperature for a shower). In the kitchen there is a gas refrigerator and gas stove. Bed linen and dishware are prepared for you. There is a barbecue outside the house. Transfer from Tkon (Pasman) to the house is in the price once upon arrival, and back once at the end of the vacation. Ferry tickets are not included in the price.

There is also a generator (2KW) that can provide up to 220 V electricity in the whole house, it operates on leadless fuel, 1/2 l per hour, and the fuel is not in the price.  There is also a converter that enables you to use any appliance that needs up to 300 V electricity. Running cold water from the reservoir is installed in the bathroom and in the kitchen. An outdoors shower has a boiler that worms up the water using the warmth of the sun. In the kitchen there is a gas refrigerator and gas stove. Bed linen and dishware are prepared for you. Outside is a barbecue, in the house there is a fireplace that can also be used for cooking.
